AME Licence and Btech in Aeronatuical Engineering both are the branch of Aircraft Engineering. Both streams are good in their field. Aeronautical Engineer is responsible for Research, Design and development of aircraft, their parts and technologies while AME is responsible for safety, security and maintenance of that aircraft manufacture my aeronautical engineer.

AME Licence is the authority to certify that the aircraft is fit to fly or not. AME is responsible for to provide safety, security, repair and maintenance of aircaft and their parts. AME is whole sole for aircraft while in Ground. Without signature of AME licence holder, no aircaft can take fly. AME Licence holder can do work any county in world as Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME). AME work in govt sector and private as well. He can do job in India and abroad also.
